19 May – Sense and nonsense about your life and your mission

Your work / career / mission is one of the most important aspects of your life.

If you don’t agree then why are you spending so much time in your job and why are you seeking to improve your conditions all the time?

Your mission is what makes you want to jump out of bed – or stay in bed – every weekday and sometimes even in the weekend for the overachievers amongst us.

In this session we will go over the 6 big mistakes and how you can avoid them. Walter will give you some key principles for creating an extraordinary work / career / mission.

WalterWalter Van Hecke is a driven serial entrepreneur. He runs two companies in IT services and consultancy. Walter works with small & medium-sized businesses, government organisations and multinationals, helping them with their technology strategy and internal efficiency. He’s also a professional Business Coach and certified by the Flemish government to provide strategic advice.

21 April – Applying the lessons from UPW

3 weeks after this year’s Unleash the Power Within, it’s a good moment to reflect and share. UPW is always a great experience where we learn a lot, but the challenge is what happens when we return to reality… How do we apply what we learn in our daily life? From past experience we know that this is the most difficult part, and this is exactly why we started Yes Group, to have a peer group where we support each other in our journey to the next level.

So during this month’s meeting, participants will share some of the highlights that stood out, some lessons, strategies, aha moments,… that make a difference for us. This way we will both reinforce the seminar for those who participated (this year or before) and share some content with those who have not been there yet.

Some topics we might discuss:

  • What’s the firewalk in your life? What’s holding you back? How can you breakthrough fear?
  • What is state? What is peak state? How do you get there and use it outside of a seminar?
  • Why do we do what we do? 6 human needs
  • The Ultimate Success Formula / Creating lasting change
  • Priming – I loved this new technique that Tony teaches, great to start your day with!
  • Vitality – principles of a healthy lifestyle that dramatically increase your energy.

See you at Gemeenschapscentrum Kontakt, 21 April 19h00!

18 March – Unleash the Seducer Within

rumiloveAh, relationships. Area number three in the pyramid of mastery, and as Tony puts it, the ultimate magnifier of human experience. There is perhaps no greater source of joy, happiness, and fulfillment, or sorrow, heartbreak, and pain, than the area of human relationships. After all, relationships are the area of life that brings up the most fear: fear that we aren’t good enough or that we won’t be loved. All of our emotions – love, passion, ecstasy, joy, frustration, and fear – are intensified in an intimate relationship. This is, in fact, the purpose of relationships: to magnify human emotion.

Have you resigned to being single? Do you keep picking someone who’s not the best match for you? Are you afraid to step out of your comfort zone and meet new people? Do you end up in the friend zone? Would you like more passion and excitement in your relationship? Then this fun and interactive workshop with Byron Soulopoulos is for you!

You will learn how to:

  • meet people on social media and in real life
  • connect with someone you like without fear of rejection
  • tell if someone likes you
  • discover if someone wants a one night stand or a relationship
  • keep your relationship fun and exciting
  • switch from your role as parent to lover
  • date as a single parent
  • make sure he/she calls your after the first date
  • avoid jealousy and be confident
  • love someone again as if you’ve never been hurt
  • start and keep the best relationship ever.

18 February – The Art of Unconscious Self Influence – Finding Flow and Working Past Procrastination and Self-Sabotage

MichaelPerezPortraitThe field of neuroscience is abuzz with arguments over ‘free will’, as it becomes increasingly clear that most of our behaviours are ‘unconscious’. Bestselling books like ‘Blink’, ‘Nudge’ and ‘Predictably Irrational’ all focus on our mysterious thinking beneath our conscious awareness; thinking that is responsible for both our greatest achievements and peak human performance and for the silliest of mistakes and the source of many of the roadblocks we encounter on the journey of our lives.

Noted hypnotist and performance coach Michael Perez has used insights from NLP and hypnosis as well as his many years of experience and experimentation to shine some light on the mysterious ‘unconscious mind’ and uses those insights to provide a new way of thinking about being optimally creative and productive by influencing and accessing our inner potential.

You’ll get a new understanding of why and how you do what you do. And you’ll get some practical tips on how to move past procrastination, create better habits and sidestep some of the cognitive traps that can sabotage your progress.

Michael is in his third decade of working with people all around the world, including world-class athletes, artists, executives and entrepreneurs to resolve problems, improve life satisfaction and to reach the highest levels of performance and achievement.

Michael has also used information gleaned from many years of studying distinctions from cognitive neuropsychology to innovate and improve upon the tools in his field of practice. He is well-known for his innovative approach to preconscious influence in behavioural changework.

21 January: Meer Fennema – A Journey from Fear to Love

Meer FennemaMeer Fennema, coach and speaker from the Netherlands, will share her journey from living a life in extreme fear to living a life from her heart. It’s a journey of courage and vulnerability, letting go and kicking ass, falling and rising again. In the second part, Meer will facilitate some practices to get clarity from your heart and to feel the power of vulnerability.

Meer Fennema is an international speaker and coach. It’s her mission to express her inner voice internationally and by doing so allowing others to unleash their own inner voice. Most of her life she has been terrified to express herself, whereas simultaneously she had a clear vision of herself standing on international stages to inspire others. In 2012 she crossed this gap at Date with Destiny and since that transformation, she coaches and trains people to unleash their voice: to find answers within themselves and to speak up courageously and vulnerably from their core being. The results for her clients are more selfconfidence, clarity, a feeling of freedom and less stress and fear.

Meer has the unique gift to feel in her body when people speak from their head or their heart and this way she can reflect pure answers and choices from the heart. When she speaks on stage, she speaks from heart to heart, so that her message comes across powerfully. Her enthousiasm, her inner drive to touch and inspire, her powerful feminine presence, in combination with the heartfelt connection with the audience, makes her talks experiences people bring home.

In May 2014, Meer went with 25 other international coaches (of which she was the only Dutch) and an American TV team to Liberia. For a whole week, she gave workshops and empowered 400 Liberian teachers on stage. A documentary of this trip will be released soon.

Meer Fennema has studied Policy and Administration in International Organisations at the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and Concordia University in Montreal (Canada). She has worked in different communication jobs both in her own country and abroad. She started working as an entrepreneur in 1998, first as a business writer, later as a coach and speaker.

17 December: How to have your cake and eat it too

Denisa

As the festive season is approaching, it is a good time to give you some new ideas for your menu, or to help you recover afterwards 🙂 Our speaker this month is coming over from London, she’s the Queen of green smoothies and yes, we will be making and tasting them live! Join us to hear how she overcame severe back pains (her spine is full of metal due to corrective surgery) by changing her nutrition and lifestyle.

Denisa Ratulea is a health coach, nutritional therapist and raw food chef and the founder of Second Nature an ethically driven platform for wellness promotion. She’s driven to help people make health and energy their second nature by showing them step by step easy and simple strategies to implement a healthier lifestyle into their daily life. Denisa started her journey during an Unleash the Power Within event. In order to heal her back and prepare for spinal surgery and remove metal screws and rods from it she adopted an alkaline, plant-based lifestyle that transformed her life. Ever since, she embarked on a journey of learning, exploring and experimenting with food and nutrition and is now helping others rediscover their optimum health potential.

Denisa will be sharing simple ways of getting around food and healthy eating without making it confusing. A well balanced lifestyle shouldn’t be complicated, yet most of us seem overwhelmed and confused by what we should eat, at what time and in what way. Healthy eating has never been so simple and you will be taken through easy steps and a practical demonstration that will change the way you look at raw food and healthy habits, as well as leave you with a strategy that will not only get you through the holidays, but have you started and going strong for your best year yet.

19 November: Breakthrough – John Rodriguez

This month we will watch and discuss a video from Tony’s Breakthrough series. In everyone’s life there are setbacks, disappointments and times when everything seems to be lost. How can we give these a more empowering meaning? How can we master our emotions? In true mastermind fashion we will discuss what we learned from the video, how we can apply it in our own life, and give input to each other.
